My professional journey is defined by a commitment to evidence-based practice, patient-centered care, and the pursuit of knowledge within the AU program. I strive to bridge the gap between clinical expertise and scholarly inquiry, ensuring that I can contribute meaningfully to the future of healthcare.
Academic Focus
My current focus explores healthcare as a whole, with nursing as just one part. I would like to focus on nursing practice and public health policy, focusing on the implementation of clinical guidelines in our diverse healthcare settings.
Land Acknowledgement
I acknowledge that I live, learn, and work on the traditional territories of the Huron-Wendat, Anishinaabe, and Haudenosaunee Peoples. I recognize the enduring presence, knowledge, and contributions of Indigenous Peoples who have cared for these lands since time immemorial.
